As a key operation vessel in the port, this electric tugboat has long been performing high-intensity tasks such as berthing assistance and vessel dispatching in the waters of Lianyungang. Its cooling pipeline system has long been facing severe challenges from the attachment of Marine organisms such as barnbaras and mussels. According to a relevant person in charge of the group's ship operation and maintenance department, ships without ultrasonic treatment devices need to invest an additional nearly ten thousand yuan each month for pipe unblocking. In severe cases, operations may even be interrupted due to blockages in the cooling system.

The ultrasonic anti-fouling system successfully delivered this time has fundamentally reshaped the technical path for ship anti-fouling. This system is composed of control units, high-frequency transducers and other modules. By installing transducers in the pipeline to emit specific low-power pulse sound waves, the pipeline becomes a "sound plate" to diffuse vibration energy. This vibration can effectively interfere with and disrupt the cellular structure of algae and microorganisms, inhibiting the formation of biofilms from the source, thereby completely blocking the attachment conditions of large-scale fouling organisms and achieving long-lasting and clean anti-fouling protection.
